Hello beauties, it has been a month or maybe two even since I did an everyday makeup look (I'll link them  if you are interested in seeing what products I used) but that was with all high-end makeup as well as the look that I enjoy wearing in the hotter months so today I want to show you the look I have been wearing a lot lately and it is safe to say that it is now my go-to everyday simple makeup look for autumn and winter. I hope you like it as much as I do. Let's start!

On an everyday basis I don't really use foundations because my skin has been really behaving lately and for everyday makeup I just don't feel the need of putting on foundations but I do wear it if I need to go somewhere "fancy" or I know that I have a long day ahead. This is just me so feel free to put on your favourite foundation if you need to or you are one of those who can't live without foundations. I used to be like that so I know the struggle! Lol!

However, an illuminating concealer is a must for me no matter what. My favourite drug store one is this la touche magique Perfect Match Highlighting Concealer by L'ORÉAL (8 euros) and I have the shade in 02 Ivory Beige. It is now a tad too light for me but I do find that it really highlights my under eye area well this way. It is light in texture but covers pretty well. It does settle in my under eye lines even with a setting powder but it is not too obvious. Because I do get shiny mainly on my T zone so I like to set my face with an illumintaing setting powder. I don't own any drug store powders because they either break me out or too chalky so I normally just use my beloved Guerlain Meteorites finishing powder but again use whatever it's the best for you or leave it as it is if your skin doesn't get oily.

This little cheek and lip stain in Beauty Queen from theBalm Cosmetics (10 euros) comes really handy for everyday makeup. It is such a pretty pink colour for everyday use. It's very subtle and I like the fact that it is multi-use. I just dot this on my cheeks and blend out with my fingers and that's it blush done.

For giving me some colour on my face and a light contour I use this gorgeous Sweet Treat Bronzing Powder from Stila. I know that Stila isn't categorised as drug store makeup but this bronzer contains 10g of product and only costs 12 pounds so I think it's pretty affordable because it will last you for absolutely ages plus it can be used as a "blusher" too so no need to spend money on another product. Definitely worth it and soooo pretty. Look at it!

Last part of my face makeup is to apply some highlighter on my cheekbones just to make them stand out more and makes me look more radiant. The one I have been enjoying is the Shimmer Balm by thisworks. Again this isn't a drug store brand but this little pot cost me 4 or 5 pounds for 10g and I think that is a drug store pricing. Agreed? Plus it is packed with good skincare ingredients so for 5 quid you just can't go wrong. I love the golden glow this highlighter gives, so pretty for all year round.

Moving onto eyes. I like to keep it very simple but pretty at the same time. The best option for me is this Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeshadow Crayon in 003 Bad Girl Bronze (5 euros). I just sweep this on and blend out with my fingers. And the best part? It looks like I have done some serious work on my eye lids. Love this stuff and the colour is dark enough for autumn with some lovely fine golden shimmers running though. Really pretty!

I skip mascara for most days because honestly, I just can't be bothered. I don't have a lot of time in the morning and for my straight stubborn eyelashes it takes me ages to curl them and apply mascara, re-curl them and re-curl them. The struggle is real people! Sigh! But if I have to then I would use my trusted L'Oréal False Lash Architech 4 Dimensions Waterproof (15 euros).

For eyebrow, I use my KIKO Precision eyebrow pencil in 02 (6 euros). Click  for the full review because this is a cheaper alternative of the Anastasia Brow Wiz. Awesome stuff!

Finally lipstick. For autumn months I really have been loving the lip combo of the Sephora Nano Lipliner in 09 Pleasant Plum (4.90 euros) and Makeup Revolution Lipstick in Rebel with Cause (1 pound). Perfect colour for autumn and winter and they are both lovely, goes on smooth and last well throughout the day.

And that's the finished look. Simple, takes about 10 minutes, appropriate for autumn/winter, pretty and affordable = happy days!

There you have my everyday makeup for autumn. I hope you have enjoyed it and please let me know what's your favourite drug store makeup items that you have been enjoying lately. Feel free to tweet me (@eflicciardello) a picture of your autumn makeup look if you want to I would love to see. Thank you so much for your time and see you on Saturday! Muahh!
Hey beauties! Happy Saturday! It's haul time. Are you ready?!

I placed an order on feelunique last week and it's here. I am so excited. Well I really need to put myself to a no-buy from now on because I am getting outta control. Lol. Let's see if I can resist for at least a month! Come on Elaine!
I have ordered some skincare products because I am running low on my eye cream and moisturizer so I have to get myself a replacement but you know me once I am online I just have to pick up some extra bits. Ohh dear how typical! Not so good for my wallet but good for you guys because you get to see what I got. I assume we all like hauls right?! I hope so!

Feelunique if you don't know it's a beauty shopping site where you can get all things beauty related from drug store to high-end and it ships to all countries which is awesome. Last week feelunique had a 20% off for all French Pharmacy products so I took the opportunity and got myself some products which I have been wanting to try for a long time. By the way the sale is still on so if you are interested then hop to it!

I picked up 2 products from Caudalie and they are both from the Polyphenol C15 line which is newly launched if I 'my not mistaken. I got the Anti-Wrinkle Eye and Lip Cream and Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Anti-Wrinkle Protect Fluid. I have heard some good things about those so I thought I would give them a go. I like the packaging, very simple and sleek. I haven't opened them yet because I still need to finish my Kiehl's ones but I'll report back for sure you know that!

While I was on the site I saw this mask kit and it's from the brand Transformulas which I have never heard of to be honest. This kit is called Advanced Cosmeceutical Anti-Wrinkle Face & Eye Treatment and it contains a face sheet mask and a pair of eye patch which is also a mask but for eyes. It also has a £5-off coupon for the nest purchase which is pretty cool. I thought it was kinda interesting and I remember I used to love sheet masks so why not. I will let you know once I try it out! Stay tuned.

Now onto the last product which is the only makeup item I picked up from feelunique is the La Touché Magique Perfect Match Anti-Fatigue Illuminating Concealer by L'OREAL. I got the shade in 02 Ivory Beige. I was gonna get 01 which is more pink toned but it was sold out. I think this shade will probably work for me as well. We shall see! I'll let you know.

I picked it up because I wanna try a drug store highlighter/concealer pen thingy since my YSL Touché Elact was finished, and I have heard so many wonderful things about this so I have to try it. I haven't opened it yet because I wanna finish my Estée Lauder Double Wear concealer first. I am trying to be good this time. I will not open a new product if my old ones are not finished. Let's see if I can achieve that goal!

Along with my order feelunique has thrown in a couple of samples which is always a good thing. I got the La Roche-Posay Dermatological Corrective Concentrate Intensive which is a face serum and the Diamond Oil Hair Treatment by Redken which is a deep hair conditioner. They are both pretty good size as far as samples go. I am excited to try them out!

There you have it. This is my feelunique haul if you have any questions please feel free to comment or Tweet me @eflicciardello. Also do follow me on Instagram because I post photos everyday. If you like my blog please follow me on Bloglovin'. That's it see you all next week bye! Muahh!

Hi beauties, time for a little makeup haul from my favorite place on earth SEPHORA. I have been doing a little shopping online yes! I just couldn't help myself. Sephora is very dangerous but I love Sephora. Who else is with me? I know I'm not alone! Hah!

Sephora Italy recently had a 25% off of everything in store and online for their black and gold card holders but only for 3 days, and I think it's the equivalent of the VIB thingy in America. Sephora Italy only does this 1 time a year if I am not mistaken. So you know what that means?! I had to take this rare opportunity and get myself the stuff I wanted.

Here it is. I only got 1 thing which is this Dior 5 colour eyeshadow palette in 609 Earth Reflection and I believe this is from the Iridescent collection. I have been wanting one of these 5 Couleurs Palette in a long time because they are highly raved products in the beauty world, I mean everybody and their mother is talking about it. They are not cheap by all means so that put me on hold for a while and also I just wasn't sure which palette to get. I want get one that I can use all the time considering the high price tag.

(Beautiful packaging)

I had seen a lot of swatches online and finally I decided to get this particular one because the colours are simply gorgeous and this can be used for day and night. I think I can create a lot of looks with this palette and I'll make sure to do a "look post" by using this one. Let me know if you are interested.

I can't tell you too much about this palette yet because I only used it once and I wanna keep using it so that I can give you a more in depth review, but I think I am already in love as those shadows are so soft and easy to blend. Anyway I'll do a separate post on this palette so stay tuned.

Along with my purchase Sephora hooked me up with 3 samples which is always a good thing. One is the Valentina by Valentino perfume. One is the Baume de Rose lip balm by Terry which I have heard so many good things about. I have already tried it and I have to say it is really nice and lush, smells lovely but I would pay for like 70€ for a tub of this. It's just way too much and I actually prefer my Nuxe Reve de Miel to be quite honest.

Last sample is the new Pure Colour Envy by Estée Lauder. There are 4 shades in here and it also comes with a tiny little lip brush which is very thoughtful. I will be trying these out and if they are nice I think I will be picking up a lipstick from Estée Lauder.

That's it guys! This is my Sephora Haul. See I told you it was MINI. Anyways stay tuned for another haul because I should have another package coming from Sephora this Friday because the summer sale has begun. Ouchh. I really need to start a no buy from now on. I have enough.

I hope you have enjoyed my mini haul and let me know what you favorite Dior eyeshadow palette is and why because I'd love to know. Please follow me on Twitter and Instagram for daily updates and if you do like my blog then follow me on bloglovin as well. Thank you so much for reading and I'll see you on Saturday! Bye! Muahh!

Sephora summer sale is now on so I picked up some sale items that I think are pretty cool. I didn't buy too much as some of the stuff are just not that appealing to me. Anyway here it goes.

First up it's this MUFE Rouge Artist Natural Moisturizing Soft Shine Lipstick in N43. Another lipstick I know. I'm getting out of control. Well in my defence I didn't have any bright orange coloured lipsticks. No I don't so I am allowed right?! Lol! Anyways I'm really glad I got this because it is creamy and moisturizing, kinda reminds me of the Dior Addict Extreme lipsticks. Very similar in terms of formula and effect on the lips. Light to medium colour pay off with a nice subtle sheen to it. I'm digging it!

The only issue I have with this lipstick is the scent. It smells like some perfume and very artificial which I don't like but it's not strong at all so I guess that's ok.

Next up I got this Sephora 4 Makeup Brush Set which is a limited edition set I believe. It comes with a Foundation Brush, a Blush/Powder Brush, a Full Eyeshadow Brush and a Eyeshadow Smudge Brush.

I like the pattern design on these brushes and the fact that they are very small so great for traveling. I have already used the brushes in this set and I am really liking the 2 eyeshadow brushes. The blush/powder brush is not bad as far as applying face powders but it's a little scratchy on the face and sheds which I just don't care for. The foundation brush well it's too small to be a foundation brush and I never use this kind of flat brushes to apply foundation. I like buffing brushes or fluffier ones so this is a miss for me.

Last but not least is this Tapered Blush Brush by bareMinerals. It's rather small than I expected but it feels quite lovely on the face and it gets the job done well. I think it also can be used for applying highlighters because of the size and the fact that it's tapered. The only down side is the wobbly handle. It's not well made so keep that in mind.

Sephora had thrown in a couple of samples with my purchase. One is the Clarins Extra-Firming Day Cream which I have had in the past and I do really like it. Smells lovely as all Clarins products do, and of course the cream feels nice on the skin as well. Worth trying. However the Erborian BB Cream is not for me. I bought the full size like a couple of years ago and I didn't care for it. It's light yes but looks very oily on my face. It just feels really greasy so I wouldn't recommend it.

That's it guys I told you I didn't do too bad, did I?! Let me know what you did/will get from the sephora sale and how you like them. Please follow me on twitter, Instagram as well as bloglovin for daily updates. Have a lovely weekend and I shall see you all next week! Bye! Muahh!

Hi guys happy Thursday! Today I'm gonna be reviewing a body product from Bioderma. It's the Gentle Shower Gel for Dry Sensitive Skin. It is so good and I think it deserves its own blogpost, so here it goes. Hope you like it.

Whenever someone talks about the brand Bioderma I think of the H2O cleansing water as it is the most famous product from Bioderma. I mean everybody and their mother uses it. I happen to like it as well. I was in the pharmacy the other day and I thought why did't I try something else from Bioderma then I saw this shower gel and it was on sale so it ended up coming home with me. My skin on my body is fairly dry and sensitive. It gets itchy for no reason which is another reason why I picked it up.

It is so gentle and smells lovely. It claims to cleanse and soften the skin without any harsh chemicals i.e. Paraben and soap. It also says it's ultra moisturizing, soothing and balancing the skin. It comes out in a clear light blue gel and it foams really nicely. I have been using it for the past week and I do notice that my skin is not itchy anymore. How amazing! I don't know about being moisturizing because I use my body oil afterwards anyway but it does sooth and calm my itchiness that's for sure. If your skin is also sensitive and irritated then give it a go.

I bought the 200ml bottle and it costs around 6 euros which is a bargain. I will continue using it and I think I will repurchase when this one runs out just because it is so soothing and calming. Bioderma products are quite easy to get hold of. They can be found in all major pharmacies.

That's it guys. Short and sweet. I hope you like today's post and please let me know what you want me to review next and I'll try my best to do it. As always please follow me on twitter and instagram for daily updates. Thank you for reading and I shall see you all on Saturday! Bye! Muahh!

I am not a nail polish kinda gal to be quite honest but in the summer I do like to paint my nails especially on my toes as it is very flattering looking when I wear sandals. I haven't tried that many brands but there's one brand that I think does some really good quality polishes, fairly affordable and the colour selection is beyond amazing so without further ado that's get right into the world of KIKO nail polishes

I have four shades here to show you today and you probably already can tell that I'm keen on pastel shades. That's right beauties. I just love pastel colours as they look so low key, pretty and suitable for all year round.

KIKO polishes are so long wearing. They normally last around a week on my finger nails and even longer on my toes without chipping. They are pretty opaque but you do need to apply two coats to get the desired colour. I really like the finish of these polishes. They're almost gel like. Very shiny and glossy.

Pastels shades can be streaky and these KIKO ones are not an exception so do apply two coats then you will not have any problem.

Left: bright neon orange with shimmers Right: pastel yellow with coloured "freckles"

Left: pastel pink Right: pastel abricot coral

I love the fact that KIKO has a HUGE selection of colours so you can always find the one(s) you want. I, to be honest, have nothing else to say apart from these are great polishes and definitely worth checking out.

KIKO nail polishes normally cost around 2 or 3 euros each and for the price you just can't beat it.

So I hope you like today's post and I highly recommend checking them out if you are a fan of nail polishes or a fan of KIKO of course. Please follow me on Twitter and Instagram @eflicciardello and if you like my blog then please hit the "following" button on this page. Thank you guys and I'll see you all in a couple of days! Bye! Muahh!

If you follow me on Instagram then you would've known that I picked up some French pharmacy products to try out a couple of weeks ago. Some are definitely worth checking out and some can be "dismissed". Today I wanna show you a couple of things from the pharmacy and how I think of them so hope you like it!

First up it's a product for our feet and in my opinion it is totally worth trying out. It's a foot cream from a French brand called Epitact Podology. Now I have never heard of this brand before and let's just say I'm glad I discovered it. It is designed for dry and cracked feet and it is supposed to hydrate and smooth out dry and cracked areas on our feet. It is 100% natural and infused with all kinds of natural oils and hydrating properties. It is paraben and chemical free so you do need to make sure use it within 6 months.

It says on the tin that it is supposed to be a cream but it turns out to be a gel so I was a bit "disappointed" at first. I mean how can a light gel heel and hydrate my dry feet. Then I was blown away. It is so hydrating and I love the light gel texture because it doesn't feel tacky at all. I am hooked. If you have severely dry feet then I suggest to mix it with a couple drops of your body oil. I mix this with my sweet almond oil which I use on my body after shower and it feels so lush and so hydrating on my feet. NOTE: to achieve the maximum result, remember to exfoliate your feet first before applying this gel.

It costs around 4 euros for a 30ml tube and I think it can be found at all major pharmacies if you live in Europe.

Klorane hair products are very well known not just in France but all over the world. Their shampoos and conditioners are well loved by a lot of beauty gurus around the world. I picked up this Klorane shampoo for thin/fine hair and I gotta say I'm not impressed. It is not bad. It's just a normal shampoo, and I don't see what the fuss is all about. I mean I just don't think it's the kind of thing I wanna run out and get. It's nothing special. It doesn't make my hair feel thicker or anything. My hair in fact feels "stripped" afterwards.

It has a funny texture as far as shampoo goes. It comes out liquidy, almost like water but with a purple tint to it. I have pretty greasy hair so with this shampoo I need to wash my hair twice to get it formed up. It smells lovely though, kinda like men's cologne.

(I hope you can see how watery it is)

It does have some really good ingredients in it like quinine and vitamin B but bear in mind that all Klorane shampoos contain paraben so if you are against that then it is not for you. I bought the smaller size (100ml, €4) to try out. Honestly I'm just so happy that I didn't get the full size which costs around 10 euros. It's just not worth it in my opinion.

That's it guys. Hopefully this review is somewhat helpful. Let me know what you think. If you like my blog then please hit the "following" button on this page. Thank you so much for your time and I shall see you all on Saturday! Bye! Muahh!
