First of all, I'm sooooo glad February is gone because it has been miserable, raining, cold, the list goes on... I'm just so ready for spring but first let's talk about my Favourites in the month of February. I don't have a lot to show you this month because as I said it has been raining every single day here in Sicily for the past 3 weeks and I just haven't been doing a lot of makeup to be honest, but I do have some skincare favourites to show you plus a couple of makeup items I've been loving so let's crack on.
New Makeup New Look
The Perfect Neutral Eyeshadow
Makeup most beautiful in the world

I'll go with skincare first, this Sarah Chapman Skinesis Overnight Facial and the Raw Coconut Cream by RMS Beauty have saved my skin for the past month because my skin has been so dry and dull to the point that no moisturisers have worked and my foundation just doesn't wanna stay put nicely. Seriously guys, if you suffer from dry skin give them a shot as they are so moisturising and nourishing to the skin plus the smell of both oils are simply divine, they will make your skincare routine that much more enjoyable. By the way, the RMS Coconut Cream is not actually a cream, it's pure coconut oil and organic so you really can't go wrong with it.

Now if you have been following me on Instagram for a while (which you should hah) then you know how I feel about setting sprays. I just don't see the point of having them because they don't set my makeup, well at least I don't feel like they do. They don't pro-long the wear of my makeup either. I mean I've tried several of them including Urban Decay, MAC etc. but none of them does "the job" as far as making my makeup last longer. However, I have been using this MAC Fix+ everyday for the past month because my foundation just doesn't look nice due to the dry skin I've been having so I just spray this baby all over my face to give an extra bit of moisture and make my foundation look nicer and non cakey, and it does the job very nicely plus it gives a nice glow on my skin which I desperately need. I highly recommend if you have dry skin.

Moving on to makeup, I have been enjoying minimal makeup for the past month, all I do is eyeliner and a bold matte lip which in my opinion is very pretty and chic. You guys know how much I love the Sephora lip cream, they are long lasting, great colour pay-off, so creamy, so matte, and of course affordable. I have the shade here in 06 Forever Fuchsia and it is a vibrant electric magenta. Beautiful!

These Wjcon Quick Eyeliners are honestly the best liquid eyeliners I've ever tried. They don't budge, they are easy to use, good colour selection and very cheap, unfortunately they are only available in Italy but I've heard the KIKO ones are just as good so give them a try if you can't get your hands on these. But if you do live in Italy or planing a trip down here then do check them out because they are amaze balls. FYI the teal one is a pain in the neck to remove but the rest are easy breeze.

There you have my February Favourites, I hope you have enjoyed it. Let me know in the comments  down below what your favourites are in the month of February cuz I'd love to know. That's it, have a good one and see you all beauties on Friday! Muahh!

Time for a roundup of things I've been loving in March...

The Perfect Neutral Eyeshadow
Makeup most beautiful in the world
Always follow-up

I do have a lot of favourite beauty bits this month but some of them are just old favourites and I don't want to repeat myself and bore you guys so I'm gonna show you 3 new beauty items plus 2 old favourites that I have been obsessed in March hope you like it.

First up is the Multi-Blush in 03 Grenadine by Clarins and I won't go into details because you guys have seen me raving it on Instagram many times and I do also have a full blogpost on this bae so click  for deets and swatch. This is by far the best cream blush I've ever tried and I'm just falling head over heels with this beauty. You guys, seriously, try it and you'll know what I'm on about.

Beauty Blender Sponge is the best invention in the beauty world no doubt as it just takes foundations and even powders application into another level but the price for a little sponge is something that I could never get around. Fortunately beautybay makes a killer sponge that not only looks exactly the same as the original Beauty Blender but also functions the same, and costs a fraction of the price. It applies all of my foundations seamlessly and my skin never looks more flawless, and for 3.50 euros you just can't go wrong.

The Skin House Collagen Free Spot Wrinkle Firming & Toning Serum. What a long name but it's all worth it because it feels so smooth on my skin and the glow it gives is unspeakable. It's very light in texture as well as the scent, such a pleasant serum to use wherever you have fine lines and wrinkles or all over the face if you prefer. This is from a Korean Skincare brand and I got it from my Collagen Memebox. If I can get my hands on this product I will definitely pick up a back-up, ohh and have I mentioned it is all natural?

Moving on to my all time favourite blemish-control mask by Aesop, you guys have all seen this before if you have been following me for a while. It is hands down the best mask for wiping away red spots, drying exiting blemishes and making the skin look and feel as smooth and clean as possible. I can't live without this product and a back-up is much needed.

Last but not least is this beautiful gunmetal eyeshadow from Urban Decay that I have enjoyed using in the whole month of March. I just apply along both upper and lower lash lines and blend out, easiest smokey eye and so pretty. I blend a lot lower on my bottom lash lines as it makes my eyes look much bigger and I love the sort of grungy-ish makeup look. Nothing bad to say about UD eyeshadows, they are as soft as eyeshadows could get and the colour pay-off is insane. Highly recommend checking this one out. It is from the Smoked Palette and the shade is called Asphalt.

Anything you have been enjoying this month? Share please...

Well hello hello my beautiful friends, time for my first favourites in 2015. Let's go
New Makeup New Look

It's been a pretty good month and I've got a good mixture of makeup and skincare favs to share with you. Some are new to me and some are oldies but goodies so I hope you like it.

Let's start with makeup brushes. It's a brush kinda month I should say because I have 3 here to show you. The first one is an old Sephora Bronzer brush that I've had for ages but never really worked for me no matter how I try it and how many times I try it, it's just not happening. But I dug it out and for some reason I have really enjoyed using it in conjunction with my Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel. It's very dense but buffs in this cream bronzer really well, just looks seamless and flawless on my skin. Love it!

Second brush is a new discovery thanks to Amelia Liana who is the biggest inspiration for me and I completely trust her opinion when it comes to beauty products. I actually saw one of her latest videos and she was on about using a fan brush to dust setting powders on the face instead of a traditional powder brush and that just completely utterly changed how my powder looks on my skin. It looks flawless and most importantly non cakey which is just awesome! I have a Sephora one here and it works really well because of the soft fluffy bristles, it picks up the tiniest amount of product and you can never over-do your powders with this baby. A little suggestion: if you have tried any face powders before and think they looks cakey or thick, well give them another chance by using a fan brush this time and I'm sure you'll see the difference.

Last brush fav is this Pencil Brush by Zoeva. I have been really enjoying using just eyeliners along my upper and lower lash lines then smudge with this pencil brush, it is the easiest and prettiest eye makeup look ever, great for one of those late mornings cuz it literally takes a minute. Thumbs up for that!

Now let's talk about skincare. If you follow my blog or instagram you know that I'm obsessed with this Rosehip mask by Pai Skincare. I'm really sad that this is limited edition but the good news is Pai brings out every Christmas so I will definitely be stocking that up that's for sure. It just makes my skin feel and look well hydrated and even plus it is 100% natural. Click the link above for full deets because it is brilliant!

Now this little odd looking bottle is a collagen serum which I got in one of my Memeboxes and it is fabulous. It's very water-like in terms of colour and texture, it has no scent, well almost, I honestly can't describe how it smells like but it's not bad. This stuff makes me glow, seriously, 4 to 5 drops of this before my moisturiser, morning and night, I'll tell ya, Koreans are genius. This might not look like something interesting but it works. Very hydrating and my skin glows like nobody's business. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on.

I go through phases when it comes to lip colours. Sometimes I like really bold lipsticks and others I just enjoy a subtle sheer wash of colour, like now. These 2 products have been on my lips for the past month and I really enjoy them together, look so natural and pretty. Again the Rimmel lip liner is on the recommendation of Amelia Liana, and it's in the shade EastEnd Snob and the lipstick is by Tarte Cosmetics in the colour Merry Berry which is one of those your-lips-but-better colours and looks good on pretty much all skin tones in my opinion.

Last but certainly not least is my beloved Terracotta Sheer Bronzing Powder by Guerlain. I have the shade in 04 Sun Blondes. Guerlain does the best when it comes to bronzers and this stuff smells in-cre-di-ble. I can't even begin to tell you how gorgeous the scent is. The cool thing about this product is that it is a bronzer and blusher in one. I enjoy this baby the most in the summer as a bronzer but for this time of the year I just wanna look healthy and glowy so a little on the cheeks as a blusher will do the trick...

There you have it guys. Those are my January Favs and I hope you have enjoyed it. Make sure to tag me either on twitter or instagram @eflicciardello to show me your January favourites cuz I'm curious like that! Thank you and have a lovely day guys! Muahh!!

Last part of my 2014 beauty favourites and I just wanna say thank you to you guys who have read and commented on my blogposts, that really meant a lot. I have a lot of blogposts planned for 2015 and I hope you can continue supporting me and my blog. Now let's get on with my tool favs!
New Makeup New Look
SKINCARE TOOLS
  • Foreo Luna, which is, without a doubt, the best beauty find in 2014. It is gentle, it cleanses so well and no need to replace brush heads which is just brilliant. Please do check out my full review and demo on this lovely skincare tool because I can assure you'll fall in love with it like I do.

HAIR TOOLS
  • Tangle Teezer. I actually bought this brush for my little girl because her hair gets tangled all the time. It just works wonders for detangling and I really like the leopard print packaging, plus the little cover makes it so easy to travel with.
  • Backcomb Brush. Instant volume for the hair. A must have for thin, fine hair peeps like myself.
LASH TOOLS
  • Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler. I have the gold one and it is the best eyelash curler I've ever tried, works insanely well with my short straight lashes.

MAKEUP BRUSHES: FACE
  1. Sephora Airbrush #55. The best foundation brush hands down. It just gives "air brush" finish hence the name. It makes my foundation adhere so well to my skin and I just love the finish it gives. Highly recommend!
  2. Sephora Powder Brush. It comes in a set of 4 actually and it is limited edition unfortunately. I use it as my bronzer/contour brush and it just works amazing. The only downside is that it sheds but I just really love the effect it gives and it is travel friendly as well.
  3. Real Techniques Blush Brush. Soft, tapered so works well for powder products. Need to get another one fast!
  4. Real Techniques Duo Fiber Face Brush. The best brush for applying powders and blushers because it picks up the tiniest amount of products, you can never over do your face powders with this.

MAKEUP BRUSHES: EYES
  1. MAC 217. A cult favourite. Blends like a dream and multi purpose. One can never have too many of this baby.
  2. Real Techniques Accent Brush. A great brush for smudging eyeliners along both upper and lower lash lines.
  3. Too Faced Lid/Smoker Brush. It packs on eyeshadow well and it is the perfect brush for outer V work!
  4. Sephora Rounded Crease Brush. I use it for applying highlighters on my cheek bones and soften edges of my eyeshadows, so soft and feels nice on the skin.
  5. Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush. I use this for my inner corner highlights. Weird ehh considering it is pretty big, but it just works and I love it.
  6. Real Techniques Duo Fiber Eye Brush. It is not like other eye blending brushes that are so big, it is the right size for my small almond eyes and it never picks up too much product in one go. Real Techniques Duo Fiber range is amaze balls.
That's it guys. Short and sweet! This concludes my 2014 beauty favourites and please follow my blog for more product reviews, as always if you have any requests just tweet/instagram me @eflicciardello. Thank you so much for all the support in the year of 2014 and hope you are having a great 2015 so far. Muahh!

Hello hello. Hope everyone had a great weekend! Let's keep going with my 2014 favs, and you saw the title... It's going to be my favourite hair, body, nail products and my most worn perfume of the year 2014 so here they are...
New Makeup New Look

HAIR
  1. Testanera Dry Shampoo. Not shown in the photo because it just run out. I've gone through like 4 or 5 bottles maybe more. This Italian hair brand does know what they are doing when it comes to dry shampoos. Non Powdery and fresh scented. I don't know if it's available globally but it is the best I've tried so far.
  2. LUSH Seanik Shampoo Bar. Never tried a solid shampoo before and it is surprisingly pleasant. Smells good and leaves my hair squeaky clean.
  3. Aestelance Mud Mask. It is a mud mask for hair and scalp, and it is fabulous. It instantly takes away the itchiness from the scalp and leaves my hair shine like a star!
  4. Redken Diamond Oil Deep Conditioner. It makes my hair smooth to the touch and good for damaged hair plus it smells lovely.
  5. Living Proof Prime Extender. The best hair primer I've tried. Works like a leave-in conditioner as well, my hair feels silky smooth and it makes whatever styling product I use on top last that bit longer.
  6. Bumble and bumble Tickening Hairspray. A few sprays to the roots before blow dry make my hair looks that much fuller.
  7. Bumble and bumble Surf Spray. A cult favourite. It is basically a beach hair in a bottle, gives so much volume and body.

BODY
  1. Bioderma Gentle Shower Gel. This clear blue shower gel balances up our body PH and it is ultra gentle and non drying, great for sensitive skin.
  2. Sweet Almond Oil. The best body moisturiser ever. It is nourishing, quick/easy to apply and affordable.
  3. White Vinegar. My secret weapon for a soft smooth skin. A cup of this in the bath tub then soak for 10 minutes, you can scrub off those dead skin cells with no effort, and the result? Silky smooth and baby soft skin. Trust me on this one!
  4. Bioderma Repair Hand Cream. It gets the job done very nicely. Almost feels like an oil when rubs in. Very moisturising.

NAILS
  1. Avon 24K Gold Base Coat. It strengthens my nails and drys fast. A great drug store base coat.
  2. L'Oreal Color Riche Nail Polishes. Best Drug Store polishes I've ever tried. They last, easy to apply and some of them even opaque in one coat. A great beauty discovery of 2014.
  3. Deborah Drop Dry Stimulator. A really nice nourishing liquid that you drop a little onto nails after you've done the colour. Helps to dry faster.
  4. Sally Hansen Vitamin E Cuticle Oil. A great drug store buy. It works really well for moisturising my cuticles.
  5. I seem to forget including my beloved Dior Nail Polish Remover in the picture. How could I?! It is hands down the best polish remover in the market.

PERFUME
  • Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black. Seriously beautiful. It smells like violet which is my favourite note and very sophisticated in my opinion. Need to get the full size ASAP!
There you have it. Hope you have enjoyed this part and I'll see you on Friday for the last part of my 2014 fovourites - Tools.

Take care beauties! xoxo
Hello beauties, time for the skincare portion of my 2014 favourites. Let's just jump right in!

New Makeup New Look

CLEANSERS
  1. Bioderma Cleansing Water. There's no other makeup removers that are better than this bottle of wonder. No irritation and does the job!
  2. Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm. This will forever be in my skincare routine. It is hands down the best balm cleanser I've ever used.
  3. Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel. Best beauty find in 2014. Dreamy texture + natural/exfoliating skincare ingredients = happy/beautiful skin.
  4. Osaka Perfect Cleanser. It is dreamy! If you like thick balms then look no further. (Photo now shown because I had finished up the whole thing, but do click the link for deets)
TONER
  1. Pixi Glow Tonic. If I can choose only one toner for the rest of my life, this will be it. Hydrator and gentle exfoliator in one big bottle!
FACE OILS
  1. Sarah Chapman Skinesis Overnight Facial. This is what I call a radiant skin in a bottle. Fabulous skincare discovery in 2014. Best thing of all, it is a serum, moisturiser and facial massage oil all in one.
  2. Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate. Works wonders for my skin, and the lavender scent is just so calming. Can't go wrong with this!
  3. Tarte Maracuja Oil. No scent, gorgeous texture and works well for all skin types specially for those of you who have pigmentation.
SPF
  1. Kiehl's Daily Ultra Light UV Defender SPF 50 PA +++. High in SPF which is absolutely essential for someone like me who lives on an island. Light in texture and fragrance free.
LIP CARE
  1. Nuxe Reve de Miel. Love the fact that it is so thick, great for those cold days!
  2. Clarins Moisture Replenishing Lip Balm. HG lip balm, can be used as a lip mask as well, so nourishing and works great as a base before lipstick.

MASKS/TREATMENTS
  1. GlamGlow Youthmud and Supermud. Best mud masks hands down. Does what it says on the tin, so if you are looking for a couple of good mud masks then these are the way to go. Healthy/youthful skin in a pot! (FYI Finished up my Supermud mask so it is not shown in this photo)
  2. Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask. It is, in my opinion, a dupe of the GlamGlow Youthmud.
  3. Peter Thomas Roth Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask. Interesting texture and leaves skin feeling fresh and hydrated, and love the light pink colour!
  4. John Masters Organic Calendula Hydrating & Toning Mask. If organic skincare is your cup of tea then you've got to try this one. A good natural moisturising mask for all skin types.
  5. Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque. Best solution for one of those hormone spotty days. It just wipes away pretty much all of my little spots and blemishes. It won't get rid of the big painful ones but it will tone down the redness and dry out the greasy bit.
There we have it. My skincare favs of 2014. I think I have covered in every category and as always click the links I provide for more info if you are interested. I hope this is somewhat helpful and let me know what are your favourite skincare items are by leaving comments down below, or tweet/instagram me @eflicciardello. Thank you so much for reading and I'll see you Next Tuesday for my 2014 Body/Hair/Nail favourites so make sure to follow  so you don't miss out on anything. Muahh!!

By the way what is your absolute skincare fav that you just can't live without?

New Makeup New Look
December Favourites

Last month favourites of 2014 guys... I know it's bit cliche to say this but where did the time go? We are almost 2015... Man time flies!! By the way I will do a whole series of best beauty products in the year 2014 including makeup, skincare, hair, body, nails etc. and those will be out next week so look out! But now let's go ahead and talk about the beauty items that I have been loving for the month of December.

First up is a skincare favourite and I am falling head over heels with it. I don't know what takes me so long to get it but I'm so glad it is in my life now. It's unlike other balmy cleansers I've tried in the past, it comes out like a gel but once it's on the face it turns into an oil but very light weight and thin in texture, the most interesting part is that it "remains a little" after I take it off with a muslin cloth but in a good way. My skin feels so smooth, soft and nourished! If you are thinking that it leaves some kind of residue well, you are right, because it does feel there's still some product left on but in the nicest way possible, just makes your skin so moisturised, trust me you'll love this one. I'll link my full review here if you wanna know more in detail. Ohh did I mention it is the Renaissance Cleansing Gel by Oskia?!!!

Next up is a "foundation" that I have been loving, well I should say, BB cream, moisturiser and sunscreen all in one. It's the BB cushion by Laneige which is a well-known Korean beauty brand and apparently they make really good skincare and makeup products. I haven't really tried any other products by Laneige apart from this lovely BB cushion and one of their sleeping masks I think but that was years ago, it is pretty nice though. Anyways this gives me the coverage I need which for me is light to medium but I think you can build it up to a full medium. It glides on like a dream thanks to the cushion puff that it comes with, and the BB cream itself is so light weight, feels like second skin once it's on, literally!!! Plus it has SPF 50. Brilliant! Full deets is here.

Moving on it's one of the Diorific lipsticks by Dior which I've picked up this month, loved and worn it to death. It is from the Golden Shock collection in the shade 005 Daring Shock and I believe it is limited edition, not too sure though so don't quote me on it.

(without the metallic shade)

(with the metallic shade but only on the centre of my lips)

It is so gorgeous and so different than all of my other lipsticks because it comes in a duo coloured bullet which is very interesting and clever as one side is a satin-ish matte berry red (but looks more like a deep mauve berry on the bullet) and the other side is a pinkish metallic colour, more like a top coat for your lip if you will to give the lips a little sheen and an ombre effect which is just genius. A little of that metallic shade on the centre on the lips just makes them look more alive and so full-on. It glides on beautifully, smells light and lovely, kinda like bubble gum. I love it! It lasts really long as well which is just a bonus. I will definitely be picking up more of the Diorific lipsticks in the future. Ohh and did you see the vintage gold packaging? If this doesn't appeal you I don't know what does!!!

I pair it with my Sephora Nano lip liner in 15 Royal Rose which is another favourite of mine in the month of December. This lip liner is on the same tone as my Diorific lipstick but a little more on the pinky mauve side, they are just so dreamy together. Click here for the swatch. It is creamy, great colour pay-off, lasts well and affordable.

I have a blusher favourite this month which is Cabana Boy by theBalm Cosmetics. I'm not a pink blush fan but for some reason I have been loving this deep pink blush all month and just really enjoyed it. It is crazy pigmented so make sure be light handed.

I also have a brush fav this month and I think this will come no surprise to you because I just blogged it last week. I literally haven't been able to stop using it ever since I bought it. It is the lid/smoker brush from Too Faced Cosmetics. It just really gets in my outer V and makes my eyes look more contoured and defined. Love it!

Last but certainly not least is Tarte Gifted Mascara and I really have been obsessed with it and religiously using it all month long. I really like the bamboo looking packaging and would recommend this baby to anyone. It does the job in terms of separating, lengthening, and volumizing my lashes but the best part is that it is so easy to be removed which makes it that much easier for me and saves me time before bed.

There you have it guys, it has been an awesome month and I hope you all had a lovely Christmas with friends and families. I wish you a very happy new year and may the year of 2015 brings you tons of happiness and fortune. By the way don't forget to follow my blog because I have some amazing blogposts planned for 2015! See you next year! Bye! Muahh!

It's that time of the month again, and by that I mean it's time for my monthly favourites, not "that" time of the month if you know what I mean... Thaaaat was not funny... Dang! I can't make a good "entrance" like never... Anywayssss sorry for being MIA, I was feeling pretty sick for the past week, and finally... ufff... I'm feeling like myself again, so to "celebrate" that, here are my favourites for the month of November.

There we go, there don't seem to be a lot of products in here and that's because my skincare and makeup routines are pretty much the same, and frankly I don't wanna keep repeating myself cuz that will just be boring... But I do have a good mixture of hair, skin and makeup favs to show you so let's just crack on...

You all know that I'm obsessed with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushers and for the past month I have been mixing the two I have together which are Dim Infusion (a pale apricot) and Mood Exposure (a pinky mauve). They are very pretty individually of course but together are just a dream blusher colour - peachy pinky toned goodness which looks very flattering on my fair to medium skintone. I would say together the colour is like a muted version of the NARS Orgasm but without the gold shimmers. Need say more?!

(From left to right: Dim Infusion, Mood Exposure, mixed together)

Since it's winter, I'm all about "hydration". I use a lot of oils on my face, body, hair, you name it cuz creams just ain't cut it. It's not overly dry here in Sicily but still my skin tends to dry out a little, and for that I have been really enjoying this Sweet Almond Oil by Erboristeria. I have gone through 2 bottles of the 500ml ones and I'm now on my third bottle but this is a 250ml one because the shop had run out of the bigger bottles.

I have never talked about this baby and that is only because it is exclusively sold in Italy and that would be unfair for the rest of you, but I just have to share it because it has been my favourite for years. It only has 2 ingredients which are sweet almond and Vitamin E, very natural and good for the skin. What's really interesting about this oil is that you need to bring your own bottle and they will pour in front of you and charge accordingly. Isn't that neat? I guess what I'm trying to say is that any sweet almond oil would work if you can't access to this particular one. Sweet almond oil is very nourishing, good for the skin, and great for stretch marks apparently. It is a fabulous all-purpose oil for the cold months.

(Excuse me for the dirty brush. I just used it.)

I rediscovered my Real Techiniques Duo Fiber Eye Brush when I was trying to tidy up my makeup drawer the other day. I've honestly forgotten I even had this brush, but I'm so glad this is in the my life again because it is the perfect crease brush for my "almond" eyes. I don't have a distinct crease as we orientals do, so like  or other crease brushes are just way too big for my eyes but this one is simply the right size. It blends beautifully and really just gets in there and makes my eyes look more contoured. Love it!

Speaking of eyes, I am really liking my Deborah Waterproof eyeliner in this gorgeous deep blue colour. I'm not the kind that goes for coloured eyeliners but this one is just so subtle and really blendable. It leaves a nice sutble pop of colour on my lash lines which is exactly what I need for those miserable winter days. It doesn't budge and I really like the little smudger on the other end. It is unfortunately an Italian exclusive but if you live here and looking for a cheap but good eyeliner then this is the one to go for.

Last but certainly not least is my beloved leopard print Tangle Teezer. I'm not gonna ramble too much as we all know what Tangle Teezer is but let's just say this is one of the things that will always be in my life.

That's it beauties, these are my favourite beauty things for the month of November and honestly couldn't believe it is now December. Craaaazy!!! But I'm happy because Christmas is coming very soon, then New Year. Who doesn't love holiday season right?!

Have a lovely week guys and see you on Friday! Ohh by the way I have changed my blogposts schedule into every Tuesdays and Fridays instead of every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays due to my work. It has been hectic! Arhh... I don't even wanna go there. Anyways hope you understand that and see you all in my next blogpost! Stay Gold! xoxo

@eflicciardello

Hello beauties, happy saturday! Can't believe October is already gone, hope everyone had a great Halloween. I decide to do another monthly favourites for you guys because I had a great feedback on my last one so here are some products that I have been loving for the month of October. There are some old favs as well as newbies that I have been wanting to share, I got products for the hair, face and makeup so let's jump right into it!

Let's start with skincare. I bought this Facial Spray by Mario Badescu and I have been dying to tell you all about it because it is so refreshing, hydrating and just a pleasure to use. It has great ingredients in it such as aloe, herbs, rose water and non of the nasty chemicals nor alcohol were added so if you are looking for a gentle, hydrating toner then give this a shot.

It just feels so lovely on the skin as you spray. The spray comes out real fine and you can use it as a toner obviously or spray whenever your skin is a little dry, you can also use it over makeup to refresh the look throughout the day, it just makes the skin look more radiant and it doesn't disturb makeup. TIP: use it on hair if your hair feels a little dull and dry. A great discover this month, just Love love love!!!

Next skincare fav is an oldie but a goodie... Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate. This stuff is seriously godsend. I have been using a lot of this lately, on its own, mixing it with my moisturiser, mixing it with my foundation whichever way you prefer.

It is so hydrating, refreshing, nourishing without being greasy. It smells divine. I'm pretty sad that I'm almost out of it. Well it actually really lasts because I've had this for almost 10 months and I still have a little bit left, a little goes a long way, definitely a must have for autumn and winter!

The last skincare favourite is a serum from one of my Memeboxes. It's a concentrated serum by the brand Boscians that is supposed to deeply hydrates the skin and improve skin's texture. It says "whitening" on the tin but I suppose it means "brightening" because who would want their faces to be white?! I know I like mine tanned! Anyway I don't know about the brightening part but I like the fact that it is light in texture, kind of lotion-like, feels so nice on the skin. It smells lovely too which is always a bonus. It does hydrate my skin but very lightly so definitely layer it with a moisturiser on top.

Moving onto hair... I was in LUSH a few weeks back and saw their solid shampoo bars, they just look so interesting because I have never tried "solid" shampoos before. I got the Seanik one which is made of seaweed, sea salt and lemon oil.

The lady at the counter told me that it is good for someone who has fine and dull hair, and I definitely "qualify" for that. It lathers really well which I like and smells amazing. It does make my hair very clean so if you are not a big fan of squeaky clean sort of feeling then this is not for you. It definitely strips down all the dirt and grease out of my hair. I, to be honest, don't know if it gives me any volume but I just like how my hair feels afterwards, so clean, so fresh and I find it treats my itchy scalp as well. I really like it and I will definitely explore a little on more LUSH shampoo bars after this.

Now let's talk about my makeup favs in the month of October. First up it's a newbie from KIKO. It's a  Clear Eyebrow Wax. Now I have never tried any brow wax before so I was surprised how much I like this. It just keeps my long, thick and hard brow hairs in place and make them really neat looking.  It's real simple to use as well, just work this through the brows and use your favourite eyebrow pencil after. It works, it's cheap so definitely worth trying out.

Lastly it's the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion. I have actually stopped using this for a while because it smudges on me, but I have been using it lately just on my upper lash lines then blend out with a brush for a softer and smokey look. I find that it does not transfer nor smudge around my eyes if I use it this way. I just really like the smokey look that this eyeliner gives, so have to mention it.
