Hey Guys. Today is going to be the second part of my American Haul so let's jump right in! (I'll link the first part of this haul here in case you haven't seen it!)
5. I got the Laneige BB Cushion Foundation in the shade Light from Target. Laneige is a Korean

skincare and makeup brand and I have heard wonderful things about this BB cushion. It contains the actual
compact and a refill which is sweet, a little sample of their hydrating face cream.

6 & 7. I got the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black (Violet Sandalwood Vanilla) and White Perfumes ( Muguet Peony Musk) in rollerballs. I wish we have rollerball perfumes in our Sephora. They are just so handbag friendly, and of course a great way to try out perfumes. Love them!

8. Bumble and bumble Surf Spray. Again heard a lot of it and can't wait to try. By the way this is a miniature one.

9. Another miniature item I got is the PoreFessionals from Benefit. I had a sample of this a while back and really liked it so had to crab it. It's only $10. Thumbs up for that!

10. I ordered one of the Tarte's Amazonian Clay Waterproof eyeliners from the Tarte's website. It's in the shade Bronze. Hopefully it won't budge.

11. Another thing from the Tarte's website. It's the Tight & Bright Eye Perfector. It's a double ended eye product. One side is a Priming Serum and the other end is an eye Brightener. Interesting stuff. I'll let you know.

Point perks. I chose the Better than Sex Mascara by Too faced (100 points) and a mini lipstick by Givenchy (100 points) in the shade 202 Rose Dressing. Sweet ehh?!

I also get to choose some samples with my Sephora online purchase, and here they are. A mini Benefit Push up Liner, a blusher called Fine-One-One to the Rescue also by Benefit. A Tarte Maracuja C-Brighter eye treatment. Soap & Glory Look Better Naked body butter and lastly a little Clean Warm Cotton perfume sample.

I can't wait to try all of them and report back. Comment down below which one you are interested and want me to review. Hope you have enjoyed this rather big Haul (part 1 and 2). Have a lovely day wherever you are and see you in a couple of days! Bye! Muahh!

Makeup most beautiful in the world

Hello again beauties, hope everyone has had a great weekend. I know I just had a Sephora Haul like 3 days ago but for a beauty junkie like myself I just couldn't control my excitement when I saw all those lovely beauty products at the airport when I was on holiday 2 weeks ago so I gave in and bought some stuff, they are not all from the airport, some are from the duty-free shops on the cruise ship that I was on so without further ado let me show you what I bought. A little disclaimer before I start: this is by no means showing off, it's just sharing with my fellow beauty addicts the things that excite us the most so I hope you enjoy!

Ahh the most talked about and used shower product in the beauty world, when I saw this Almond Shower Oil at the Rome airport I just had to have it because I don't have a L'Occitane store in my area and the fact that I have to pay almost 10 euros for shipping if I order online is just a little too much so happy that I finally got this little gem. I bought the 250ml bottle (18.50 euros) because there were no bigger sizes but I shall see how it goes and I like the fact that you can even shave your legs with it so can't wait to try it!

I had a little sample of this L'EAU De Chloe (around $50 for 1.7 Oz) a while back and really liked it so when I saw this at the duty-free shop on the cruise ship I just had to buy it. So happy that I got this, I might give it to my mum as her birthday gift, I think she'll love it. It smells fresh, kinda citrusy and a little sweet I would say. Really like it!

I've also picked up a couple of Estée Lauder makeup. I don't have a lot of Estée Lauder makeup in my stash so I'm happy that I got these. One is the Pure Color Blush ($30) in Sensuous Rose, and the other is this gorgeous Pure Color Envy Eyeshadow Palette ($45) in 03 Provocative Petal. I will do an in-depth review on both of these because they are freaking amazing.

After seeing everyone and their dogs are raving about the Mac Lipstick in Plumful (19 euros) I just had to see what the fuss was all about. I guess you guys are right, it is right up my alley, so darn pretty and it in fact was not what I thought it was gonna be. It's rather sheer and perfect for everyday use if you prefer some colour on your lips but not in your face bold and bright. Gorgeous mauve/berry-ish colour, perfect my lips-but-better and slightly darker kinda lipstick. I love it!

I picked up this Too Faced Melted Lipstick (21.50 euros) in Melted Violet from the Sephora in Naples. I've always wanted to try one of these Melted Liquid Lipsticks and I can tell you right now that more colours need to be purchased because the formula is amazing, I actually prefer these than my Hourglass Opaque Rouge ones, yep I said it.

Last but certainly not least is this beautiful pair of Antica Murrina earrings that I bought in Venice Airport. Apparently every pair is different depends on on the stones. They are very famous and special to Venice people so happy that I got those. They are just so cute!

That's it beauties, It's safe to say that I won't be buying anymore beauty products for a while after those 2 hauls. I think I won't although there are still quite a lot of items are on my list. Story of my life, story of my life. Anyways I hope you have enjoyed my hauls and as always follow me on Twitter/Instagram @eflicciardello as well as Elaine's beauty reviews for blogposts update. Until next time... Muahh!

Hello hello. Hope everyone had a great weekend! Let's keep going with my 2014 favs, and you saw the title... It's going to be my favourite hair, body, nail products and my most worn perfume of the year 2014 so here they are...
New Makeup New Look

HAIR
  1. Testanera Dry Shampoo. Not shown in the photo because it just run out. I've gone through like 4 or 5 bottles maybe more. This Italian hair brand does know what they are doing when it comes to dry shampoos. Non Powdery and fresh scented. I don't know if it's available globally but it is the best I've tried so far.
  2. LUSH Seanik Shampoo Bar. Never tried a solid shampoo before and it is surprisingly pleasant. Smells good and leaves my hair squeaky clean.
  3. Aestelance Mud Mask. It is a mud mask for hair and scalp, and it is fabulous. It instantly takes away the itchiness from the scalp and leaves my hair shine like a star!
  4. Redken Diamond Oil Deep Conditioner. It makes my hair smooth to the touch and good for damaged hair plus it smells lovely.
  5. Living Proof Prime Extender. The best hair primer I've tried. Works like a leave-in conditioner as well, my hair feels silky smooth and it makes whatever styling product I use on top last that bit longer.
  6. Bumble and bumble Tickening Hairspray. A few sprays to the roots before blow dry make my hair looks that much fuller.
  7. Bumble and bumble Surf Spray. A cult favourite. It is basically a beach hair in a bottle, gives so much volume and body.

BODY
  1. Bioderma Gentle Shower Gel. This clear blue shower gel balances up our body PH and it is ultra gentle and non drying, great for sensitive skin.
  2. Sweet Almond Oil. The best body moisturiser ever. It is nourishing, quick/easy to apply and affordable.
  3. White Vinegar. My secret weapon for a soft smooth skin. A cup of this in the bath tub then soak for 10 minutes, you can scrub off those dead skin cells with no effort, and the result? Silky smooth and baby soft skin. Trust me on this one!
  4. Bioderma Repair Hand Cream. It gets the job done very nicely. Almost feels like an oil when rubs in. Very moisturising.

NAILS
  1. Avon 24K Gold Base Coat. It strengthens my nails and drys fast. A great drug store base coat.
  2. L'Oreal Color Riche Nail Polishes. Best Drug Store polishes I've ever tried. They last, easy to apply and some of them even opaque in one coat. A great beauty discovery of 2014.
  3. Deborah Drop Dry Stimulator. A really nice nourishing liquid that you drop a little onto nails after you've done the colour. Helps to dry faster.
  4. Sally Hansen Vitamin E Cuticle Oil. A great drug store buy. It works really well for moisturising my cuticles.
  5. I seem to forget including my beloved Dior Nail Polish Remover in the picture. How could I?! It is hands down the best polish remover in the market.

PERFUME
  • Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black. Seriously beautiful. It smells like violet which is my favourite note and very sophisticated in my opinion. Need to get the full size ASAP!
There you have it. Hope you have enjoyed this part and I'll see you on Friday for the last part of my 2014 fovourites - Tools.

Take care beauties! xoxo
Hello beauties. Happy Saturday! Let's talk scent today! I hope you are interested!

Scent is very personal and that is why I don't usually review any perfumes on my blog. Everyone is different and have a particular preference when it comes to fregrances. However, the 2 that I'm going to show you today are just so beautiful I mean everybody and their dogs are talking about them so I have to share right?!!!

As we all know that Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black and White fregrances are created by the Olsen sisters and I have to say that they did a great job on both of them. I think they are exclusive to Sephora USA. I was lucky enough to get my hands on them considering I live in Italy. Let's just hope that these two lovely perfumes will make their way to Sephora Italy someday!!!

I bought both perfumes in roller ball form and I couldn't be happier because they are just so handy that I can actually take them with me on the go. Definitely handbag friendly as well as wallet friendly because they are inexpensive so that you can try out new fragrances without hitting your bank account too hard.

Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black is a woody scent with notes of violet, sandalwood and vanilla. I can definitely smell the violet in there which is the main reason why I lean towards this one a tad more. I love violet. This scent to me is very grown up,  elegant and sophisticated.

Elizabeth and James Nirvana White is a floral musk scent with notes of peony and muguet. It is definitely floral like it's described but not over the top, very wearable. I like the fact that this is not a strong scent, very light but it does linger, exactly how I like it.

The "magical" thing about these two fragrances is that they smell so unique and lovely when you wear them together. You can smell every single note in them but not overwelming. I have been layering them for the past week and I now wish I got the full size bottles. Both scents last really well throughout the day and I normally don't even touchup. They definitely linger well on me. These two now just become my all time favourite perfumes and I honestly haven't even been touching my Chloé ones which is a big deal.

That's it guys, short and sweet. I honestly think you should give them a try if you can get your hands on of course. They definitely live up to the hype and I think you will be impressed! I just really hope these two will become available in Europe. Fingers crossed...

Thank you so much for reading and have a lovely weekend with your loved ones! Bye! Muahh!
