I am not a MAC girl I gotta admit. I probably have just a couple of things from MAC and that's about it. However there are a few things that I think are definitely worth checking out from MAC and these eyeshadows I'm going to show you today are certainly one of them.

There we go. My MAC eyeshadow "palette". Lol! I only bought the duo palette because I know I don't really buy MAC eyeshadows but these 2 colours just really caught my eye and I certainly don't own anything like these not even similar so I'm very happy to have them in my eyeshadow collection.

This is in the shade Coppering and it's a copper colour like the name. Very pretty and looks fantastic in the summer when I have a little tan going on. I like this kind of warm toned sort of bronzy coppery shade, just looks flattering on my skintone. It looks really good on its own, just a wash of this colour all over the lid and you are good to go, or you can spice it up for a more glamorous look, and that's when the "Club" shade comes in.

There we go. This is my current go-to eyeshadow colour. It's a duo-chrome eyeshadow from MAC. Really really pretty because it has this gorgeous green mixed with a warm toned brown. It really looks good on anyone especially for those who have brown eyes.

With Club all over the lids

Just Club on the lids, easy and pretty

For lazy days I just apply "Club" or "Coppering" all over the lid, blend a little and that's it. But if I really want a full on eye makeup then I would apply Coppering from the inner corner to the centre of my eyes, then apply Club on the outer half and blend inwards to make everything look seamlessly. Same on the lower lash lines: Coppering on the inner half and Club on the outer half. Et viola! A glamorous eye look which in my opinion looks good all year round.

Left: with natural sun light Right: under artificial light

These eyeshadows are between satin and shimmery finish, pretty subtle yet pigmented with no fallout as far as I'm concerned. The lasting power is pretty normal I would say but definitely use a primer underneath. They are soft but not as soft as Urban Decay eyeshadows. If you like warm toned eyeshadows then these are definitely worth checking out.

That's it guys. Short and sweet. I hope you have enjoyed my MAC eyeshadow "collection". Lol! If you have any MAC shadows that you really love please let me know by leaving comments down below or tweet/instagram me @eflicciardello. Thank you so much for your time and see you on Saturday! Bye! Muahh!
Hi guys. Allow me to get straight into the topic because I have been dying to talk about this baby ever since I got it but I wanted to give a bit more time so I could give you a much more accurate review. Let's just say this little miracle worker should be in everyone's skincare cabinet. Hear me out!

First of all let's all just take a moment here to appreciate the gorgeous packaging. Nothing screams more luxurious than this little elegant bottle. Can we all agree on that? Or maybe it's just me as I'm sucker for packaging.

The bottle is made of a really hard and sturdy plastic which I prefer because that means I can travel with it easily rather than carrying around a heavy glass bottle. I also love the pump that it comes with, very different than other pump bottles or those bottles that come with droppers you know what I mean? Well I like droppers as far as oil products but this pump is just so perfect because one pump is the perfect amount to cover the whole face and neck so I don't need to think about how many drops I need. Really neat!

A little background info here on Sarah Chapman if you don't know who she is. She is a famous facialist who is based in London. She has her own clinic and of course her own product line. This Overnight Facial is her award winning and best selling product in the beauty world and I can see why because it is fabulous.

The oil itself is light yellow and it feels silky smooth as I apply on my face. It is not greasy, absorbs really fast and just a great product to use in the cooler months. I even use it in the summer because it doesn't feel greasy at all.

I must take a minute here to mention the scent. OMG! I mean I can't... I can't even... It is beyond lovely. It smells like rose and jasmine and whenever I use this product my whole bathroom smells lovely and I just feel so relaxed. I have to admit that the scent makes me wanna use it all the time and I really just look forward to my night time routine to be honest. OMG! I wish you guys could smell it through this blogpost.

This oil is very natural and paraben free. Here is a list of the active ingredients: Vitamin A, VCIP Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Lipobrite®HCA-4, Coenzyme Q10, Renovage™, Dermaxyl™Oligopeptide, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Abyssinian Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Melon Oil, Baobab Oil, Jojoba, Jasmine, Rose. I told you it's natural see?! This stuff is so good for the skin and it really just hydrates, plumps and soothes my skin and when I wake up in the morning, my face is glowy, eventoned and looks youthful.

This Overnight Facial is a serum and face oil in one so all you have to do is wash your face, tone and apply this at night. Easy breezy, great for someone (me) who can't be bothered to put layers and layers of products at night. It is basically created to achieve the result you would get when you have a facial at a spa. It comes with a booklet showing you how to massage your face with this product to get the maximum result at home. I can't say enough good things about this little wonder, highly highly recommend for everyone really especially for those of you who have drier skins.

If I have to pick a con on this then it would be the price. It costs £45 for a little 15ml bottle which is crazy because normally you would get a 30ml bottle as far as oils and serums, but that being said I would keep purchasing it. In fact I got the duo from QVC UK because I know I would enjoy it because one, I am obsessed with face oils (here is an approve) and two, there are only positive reviews on it. Although it's expensive a little goes a long way with this oil as one pump is more than enough. You don't wanna use too much cuz it might feel oily. One pump is just perfect. Remember less is more.

That's it guys. I don't wanna ramble too much cuz this post is already pretty long. Let's just say that YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE. So try it and let me know what you think will ya?

Hi guys! What's up! Time for another of my sample reviews. First of all, I just wanna say thank you to those of you who really enjoyed my sample series and I couldn't believe that I actually have emails from you guys saying that how helpful it is to read those reviews. Thank you so much for the support and I really appreciated. This is actually gonna be the last sample review for now but don't worry I will do it again in the near future. It's just that I need to go back to my normal skincare routine because my skin really misses it. Hah! Anyways let's get started shall we?!

First up is a chemical exfoliating treatment that I cannot live without. It is the Alpha H Liquid Gold. I had a full size of this and I used it all up. I'll link my second empties blogpost  so you can read all about it. Everything you heard about this beauty is true. It does what it says on the tin. It's a glowing skin in a bottle. If you haven't tried it already then I suggest you go and do so because your skin will thank you. I like the tingling sensation that it gives cuz I just feel it's working. I like how it makes my skin glow like no other people's business. When I wake up in the morning my skin feels silky smooth, even and just looks youthful. I can't say enough good things about this stuff. I use it every other night without anything on top. NOTE: try not to use it in the summer too much because your skin might become too sensitive to the sun. If you do need to use it then wear sunscreen before stepping out the door.

Next up is this La Potion Infinie Anti-Age Cream by Argentum Apothecary. This is a French brand and it is insanely expensive. €147 for 70ml and you can get it from cultbeauty. Now I've used all of it and believe it or not this little bag of sample actually contains 5ml of product and it takes me a week to finish it up.

I'm just gonna be honest here. I don't like it. It's a very funny face cream. It comes out gel like, more of a gel cream but when spread on the face it becomes so thick that I feel like I can't breath. Don't get me wrong I love thicker creams but this one I just can't deal with. But I have been use it on my neck and I really do like it. A little tip: if you can't get your skincare products to work on your face then use them on the neck because our necks are the first part of our entire bodies that's actually age so take good care of them. If you have that kinda money and looking for a good anti aging neck cream then give this a shot.

Last but not least is the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rich Cream for dry to very dry skin. This is a lovely moisturizer. It smells lovely. It's very hydrating but not thick. I think everyone can use this cream but if you do have oily skin then I think this should work for you in the winter as I said before it's moisturizing but not thick at all. I have normal to combo skin and it doesn't make me feel oily whatsoever. I'm very impressed with this moisturizer and I think I would buy the full size at some point.

There we go. I hope you've liked this one and as always if you do have any questions or requests or anything feel free to comment or email me I would be happy to help. Don't forget to follow my blog so you don't miss out on anything. Thank you guys and see you on Saturday! Muahh!

Hi guys happy Tuesday. Today I wanna show you my all time favorite blushers for autumn and winter. Hope you like it!

First up, Cabana Boy from theBalm Cosmetics. Don't you just love the packaging?! So pretty and I don't just mean the packaging also the colour which I think it's perfect for autumn. It's a gorgeous pinky cranberry colour that I think looks good on every skintone. If you are pale then be careful with this blusher because it is insanely pigmented. One little dip in the pan would be more than enough for both of your cheeks. It doesn't have any shimmers or glitters but it somehow manages to illuminate the cheeks. Really gorgeous!

Next up is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blusher in Mood Exposure. I have talked about this blush so many times. It's just so pretty. It's matte but not flat which I really like, and the colour, sort of a pinky mauve, oh my god, couldn't be more appropriate for autumn and winter. Pretty ehh?!

My last pick is this blusher from Laura Geller and the color is called Mauve Mocha Latte. It's from her Baked Impressions line. I got it off QVC and I love it so much! It's matte which I think it's lovely to use in the cooler months. It looks pretty "boring" in the pan I'm not gonna lie but once it's on the cheeks you'll love it. It's a mauve shade with pink undertone to it. It also has some coffee bean imprint on top, really cute. Laura Geller blushers are handmade in Italy and baked under Terracotta pan for 24 hours. Her baked blushers are really something that you should look into because they are gorgeous.

That's it guys short and sweet. Hope you like those blushes as much as I do. I just really like pinky mauve sort of colour for autumn and winter. Something to think about if you are considering picking up some new blushers. Hope I've helped!

What's your favorite blushes to wear in autumn and winter?

Hi guys. Happy Saturday! I am so excited about today's post because it's gonna be a haul! Yeah!! Sorry if I'm being nut here. I just love hauls. I loving reading haul posts, I loving watching haul videos, anything haul related... If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram (which you should @eflicciardello) you know that my husband just got back from a business trip in America and he brought me tons of goodies which I am so grateful so without further ado lets get started... By the way I have to split this haul into 2 parts otherwise this post will be way too long. Second part of this haul will be up next Tuesday!

Let's start with the biggest gift from my lovely hubby. It's the 13 inch Macbook Pro with Retina Display. I really needed an upgrade to my computer and couldn't be happier that he bought this one for me. Thank you Luca!

Now onto the more "attractive" stuff... Let's do beauty sets first. These are all from Sephora by the way, and I haven't tried any of these yet but I will definitely report back once i start using them.

1. Discover the Amazon 3-Piece Kit by Tarte. It contains a full-size pure maracuja oil rollerball; deluxe Amazonian clay full coverage 12-hour foundation which I have been wanting to try in such a long time and a full-size gifted Amazonian clay smart mascara. By the way how pretty is this little makeup bag that it comes with! Wow! Would be perfect for my hand bag. Tarte is something that I cannot get in Italy so I had to get something from this lovely brand right?! Stay tuned for reviews.

2. 5-piece Amazonian Butter Lipstick Set by Tarte. It's from last year's holiday collection I think and they are so pretty. It comes with 5 different colours which are Angelic Nude; Sweet Peach; Merry Berry; Pink Poinsettia and Candy Red.

3. Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencil Set. I have heard so much about Bite Beauty and really really want to get my hands on some of their lipsticks. Since I don't know which shade to choose I got a set. This little set contains 4 mini colour crayons: Quince; Rhubarb; Cranberry which is limited edition only to this set and lastly Madeira.

4. The only skincare item I got which is a bit odd considering I am a total skincare junkie. It's the 3-piece mask set from Peter Thomas Roth called Skinstant Mask Magic and it's exclusive to Sephora. I mean how cool is this set?! It costs $45 for 3 masks. Bargain! If we have this in Italy will probably cost around 90 Euros if not more. It includes the famous Cucumber Gel Mask; Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask and Pumpkin Enzyme Mask. Will definitely report back on this one!

Stay tuned for the second part of this haul and hope you have enjoyed this post so far. I'll see you on Tuesday for the rest of it. Have a lovely weekend with your loved ones and see you soon! Muahh!

Happy weekend beauties! Today I wanna show you some of my newly purchased lip products that I have been falling head over heels with. They are all absolutely gorgeous in every way so are you ready?

The first lipstick I am going to show you is probably my most favourite among the 3. Meet: YSL Rouge Pur Couture The Mats in 209 Red Rythm. O M to the G! How gorgeous is the packaging! I believe this colour is newly released because my local Sephora literally just got it a few days before I purchased it. (FYI this colour is sold out pretty much everywhere so hurry if you wanna get your hands on it)

I am in love with the colour and the formula. I love a good red lipstick and this red is just so wearable. It looks like a red with a little brown tint in the bullet but it is actually just a classic deep red but very subtle in a way and slightly cool toned. I hope that makes sense. It is honestly so beautiful and would suit for a lot of skintones and of course can be worn all year long, day and night because it is not really a in-your-face red. And the texture. Ohh boy! It feels extremely comfortable on the lip. It doesn't make my lips feel dry. It's matte but very hydrating, just feels comfortable. The lasting power is pretty amazing as well because it's matte. The funny thing is that it is matte but it looks kinda between a matte and satin. Definitely not one of those lip stains kinda of "matte" if you know what I mean. I just can't get over how gorgeous the texture is. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a nice comfortable red for everyday use.

If you have been following my blog for a while then you know that I am a big fan of the Urban Decay Revolution Lipsticks. I already own one in the colour Venom which I absolutely adore so I got another one and it's in the colour Rapture. It's a mauve with a slight pink undertone to it, a deeper dusty rose if you will. So pretty for autumn and winter. The formula of these lipsticks are out of this world amazing. It's hydrating, comfortable, never dry out my lips, crazy pigmented and it stays on the lip really well throughout the day! Obsessed! It has a glossy finish but not too much which is cool! If you haven't tried any of the UD revolution lipsticks then hop to it because they are the bomb!

Last but not least is a gloss I purchased lately. I know what you are all thinking! Gloss... Me? Really? I'm not a gloss gal and I never really like the ultra glossy, sticky feeling on my lips but I give in to this lovely Chanel Glossimer Lip Gloss in 175 Savage Grace simply for 2 reasons. One: the colour. It's a plummy berry shade with lots of magenta glitters in it. I don't have anything like this in my collection I just had to get it! It is so gorgeous for a night out. The glitters are finely done and they don't stick to the lip when I remove the gloss which is neat. Two: the formula. I think Chanel lip glosses are popular for a reason and now I know why because it is so smooth and not sticky at all. Feels lovely on the lip! By the way this colour is so pigmented one dip will do for the whole lip but you can build up for a more intensive colour if you like.

That's it guys. Those 3 Lippies are my current obsession. What are yours? Let me know in the comments below or tweet me @eflicciardello. Have a lovely weekend beauties! See you all next week! Bye! Muahh!

Hi guys. How are you? Today I want to review an eyeshadow duo from YSL. I purchased it from Sephora (store only) a few weeks back and I haven't been able to stop wearing it since then. It's in the shade 35 and the 2 colours are simply gorgeous!

Pretty ehh? The shimmery shade is called Caramel Tan and the matte one is Burnt Brown. This duo is from the YSL 2011 Summer Collection and it is absolutely gorgeous. The reason why I picked up this duo from the summer collection is because the colours for me are actually very autumn appropriate especially the shade in Burnt Brown.

Under natural light

With flash

Caramel Tan is like it's name, sort of very natural tanned colour with a hint of pink in it. It's shimmery but not glittery, and very pretty but this colour is not as pigmented so you really need to pack it on preferably with a flat eyeshadow brush because fluffier ones will not give you any pigmentation like Mac 217. You can also use your fingers that will do the trick as well. Burnt Brown is my fav colour out of these 2. I love a good red/warm toned brown, very flattering for my skintone. It is matte so perfect for the crease and outer corner. I am obsessed with it. This shade is actually very pigmented so a little goes a long way.

Both eyeshadows have zero fallout which is really nice. They are soft but not Urban Decay soft. They are long lasting with a primer of course as my eyelids are extremely oily but if you have normal eyelids then feel free to use them alone because they are not as soft which means long lasting and non creasing.

The sponge tip applicators that come with are actually not that bad especially the pointed one as it is great for applying shadows on the lower lash line as well as inner corner highlight.

This is such a pretty duo and I can see myself using it a lot this autumn and winter. The only down side is the packaging I guess. Don't get me wrong I love YSL packaging but I get so annoyed when my finger prints are all over the compact. I have to really clean it very time after using it otherwise it just doesn't look as pretty, or maybe I'm just being OCD with it. What can I say I love my makeup!

Simple yet stunning (I mean the eyeshadow. Don't worry I'm not that self obsessed lol), looks even more glamorous paired with a red lip. Don't you think?

That's it guys. These are my thoughts on the YSL Eyeshadow Duo in 35. I love it and I can't recommend it enough. Please follow my blog if you fancy and I'll see you all next time!

What's your current fav eyeshadow or eyeshadow palette?

Twitter & Instagram @eflicciardello
If I can only choose one thing, beauty-wise of course, for the rest of my life apart from lip balms and that would be concealers. A good concealer not only covers up any imperfections but also doubles up as a foundation to even out skin tones. I sometimes skip foundations just because I don't feel like I need it everywhere on my face but with concealers I can just dab where I need it and leave the rest of my face breath freely plus concealers have way better coverage than foundations, a little goes a long way so very economical as well.

There's been a hype on this Clarins Instant Concealer (24.50 euros) in the beauty world lately and thanks to Anna from Viviannadoesmakeup, I finally caved and bought it in the shade 02, and I can tell you right now that I love it, I need 01 in my life as well just to lighten up my under eyes a bit more, but 02 works perfectly as it has a nice peachy/salmony tint so it really contrasts with the darkness around my eye area.

It comes in a standard plastic tube which works really well interns of squeezing out just the right amount of product. It comes in 3 shades I believe, not a lot to choose from but again, they are meant to be used under the eyes so I guess 3 shades are enough if I'm honest. This little tube contains 15ml of product which is insanely a lot compares to other concealers I've had in the past. It's like half as much as a normal foundation which will last a long time if you ask me so I'm very happy with the size.

As far as consistency, it is very similar to the Esteé Lauder Double Wear. Also think of Nars radiant creamy concealer but a lot more "liquidy" well I should say creamier really because it is not a liquid, very moisturising though which in my opinion works better under the eyes because I don't know about you but I get dry around my eyes and this works wonders as it never looks cakey nor sticks to dry patches. It blends in like a dream and I just love how it looks on my skin, plus it feels like nothing on which is awesome.

(Left to right: L'Oreal True Match Illuminating Concealer in Ivory Beige, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard and Clarins Instant Concealer in 02)

As for the colour, I did a little comparison of some of my current favourite concealers just so you know what 02 really looks like. As you can see it is very "pinky" compared to the other two, which works well if you have real dark circles or blue veins under the eyes. I even dab some on my cheeks on a no makeup makeup day because the coverage is really good without being thick, looks so natural and covers my redness effortlessly.

I love this concealer, will purchase 01 as well at some point. I still like my Nars one but my skin feels so dry lately as I mentioned and this Clarins one just works better because I noticed the Nars did look a little cakey and dry so that will be saved for warmer months, and as for now Clarins Instant Concealer is my best friend and I seriously cannot recommend enough so thank you Anna, I know I followed you for a reason.

The only "con" if you will with this concealer is that it does settle in my lines under the eyes if I don't powder so I suggest set it with your favourite powder and you'll be good to go.

That's it guys. Short and sweet. It is a bloody good concealer if I haven't said that already, and the formula is out of this world. It worths every penny as it does what it says on the tin and it will last for ages so try it guys, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Thank you guys and as always feel free to contact me via twitter/instagram @eflicciardello if you have any questions or simply comment down below, and don't forget to follow my blog. See you next week! Muahhh!

I love when beauty companies do sets because I like trying different products from different brands but sometimes I just don't know what to get so when those handy sets come in filled with some best selling products of certain brands, I jump right in with no hesitation because it is a great way to try some of the things from whatever brand you are interested in, and they are normal quite economical as well.

I have one set here to show you today and it is from Pai Skincare. Now Pai is well-known as their natural organic skincare products especially the Rosehip line, so when I saw this little Rosehip set that Pai brings out every Christmas I couldn't be happier. Bear in mind that this is a limited edition set but Pai does bring back every Christmas so if you like the things I'm about to show you then get it next Christmas. FYI: beauty bay.com still has some left and it is currently on sale so hurry if you are interested.

This set comes beautifully packaged with this gorgeous box which makes it an ideal present, and there are 3 products inside, they are the ever-so-famous Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil (30ml), Rosehip BioRegenerate Rapid Radiance Mask (75ml and limited edition), and an organic Muslin Facial Cloth.

Now I have been wanting to try the oil for the longest time and I'm so glad I finally got it. I have to warn you though because it smells real funky. When I first applied I almost gaged because it is that strong. It smells very earthy, mediciney like some sort of herbs but very natural from what I can tell which I actually prefer than those synthetic perfume smells. I have been using it every single night as the last step of my skincare routine and to be honest the smell doesn't brother me anymore, it is not bad at all actually. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that don't give up because of the smell as it is an beautiful oil.

It applies so smoothly, very hydrating and nourishing. It does brighten up my complexion and I really like how my face looks and feels when I wake up in the morning. It is not too greasy and absorbs fast! I think all skin types can benefit from this oil but dry skin will really enjoy it. I haven't noticed anything about lightening up pigmentation or blemish marks because I have only been using it for like a month but rosehip is known for treating pigmentation so I'll definitely keep using it and report back.

I mean you just can't go wrong with a good Rosehip oil and this particular one is all natural and some of the ingredients are actually organic plus Pai doesn't test on animals. It's a win win for me. I honestly don't know much about Rosehip oils but I do know that the darker the colour the better quality of the oil you'll get, and this one is pretty nice coloured. It's a must have if you ask me! Highly recommend.

Now the limited edition mask... It smells exactly like the oil but lighter, comes out like a yellow-ish cream but actually feels like a gel cream, very light in texture and goes on smooth. This stuff is so unbelievably moisturising and I just love how my skin feels afterwards. You can leave it on for like 10 minutes then rinse off or sleep in it like an overnight mask. This mask is more like a pre-party pamper for me. I like to put this on before applying my makeup. I wish Pai sells this separately because it is fabulous and I think everyone would love it as it just feels so good and very soothing to the skin as well.

(before and after)

All in all this is a GORGEOUS skincare set and I can't recommend it enough except the muslin cloth. It is way too harsh, feels so scratchy on my skin and my face looks and feels RAW afterwards. I mean RAW! So no thank you to the cloth!

There you have it guys, this is such a great skincare set and love love the oil and the mask, great value for money as well and I feel like I need to pick up another set as a back-up. But like I said Pai brings back every Christmas so don't feel bad if you can't get your hands on now.

Don't forget to follow  as well as Twitter and Instagram @eflicciardello. Thank you so much for the support and see you all on Friday!

Have you tried anything from Pai before? Any recommendations?
